Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, registering for an account, or otherwise using kin:, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. kin: is provided by Meshly Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. One account per person, created with your own credentials. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your sign-in method secure, keep your profile truthful, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Verification steps we offer exist to keep every account a real person.

• Be the person you'd want to meet. Harassment, hate, threats, and sexual content involving non-consent are grounds for immediate removal.

• No impersonation or fakes. No pretending to be someone else, no bots, no commercial solicitation.

• No following. Using kin: to track, follow or repeatedly appear around a person triggers our anti-stalking systems and permanent removal.

• Respect the double-blind. Attempting to unmask who waved at or declined you is a violation of these Terms.

kin: works at designated Social Hubs using coarse, server-processed location as described in the Privacy Policy. You agree not to spoof your location or interfere with radar sessions, geofences, or safety systems. Radar presence is ephemeral and may end at any time when you leave a hub.

kin: Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through the relevant app store. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe; payment and renewal are handled by the applicable store under your store account, and you can cancel anytime through your device or store account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Safety features are never behind a paywall.

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or abuse the service - silently where safety requires it. Sections that by nature survive termination (such as limitations of liability) survive.

kin: connects people; it cannot vouch for any person you meet. Meet in public, tell someone where you are, and use your judgment. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@atkinship.com.
